I thought my dads work building looked pretty funky so i took a pic of it. If you cant tell on the windows there are peices of wood. They are wavy, and weathered, and well quite ugly. I think it looks like a dirty filtter.

i dont know. i think it has to do with it being enviromentally friendly.
